I have had the privilege to work with freelancers that want to grow into a business, people that want to startup a business next to a fulltime job, and students that start-up a business.
All of these situations have unique challenges and need a different approach, although the basis of my coaching is always to be goal oriented, result-oriented and focused on the a healthy work/life balance.
After all I am coaching the person to grow the business and the most important thing is for that person to stay healthy and happy through it all. Then you are best equipped to handle the stress that is bound to come with running a (start-up) business.
