Ingmar Caprino
I started my first business in 1997. I was almost 20 and still had a lot to learn. But entrepreneurship was a natural fit for me. Over the years, I've helped many people start or grow their businesses.
This came my way because friends and acquaintances asked me if I'd be interested in entrepreneurship advice. I love helping people and sparring about business. So I didn't say no.
I also had plenty of experience to draw on. I'd already experienced quite a few business ups and downs. I especially want to learn from these experiences. And it's the less pleasant things that you can learn the most from.
It gave me so much energy and satisfaction to help others with my experience, and to be able to give them the answers they were looking for and especially the lessons I could teach them that could save them a lot of pain.
Over 10 years ago, I expanded this into a new venture. It has now grown into a coaching company, publishing house, and an online self-development platform.
I'm truly enjoying expanding my business so more people can work on their personal development, with a focus on real, measurable results.
But what I enjoy most are the sessions where I get to work directly with the individual, on their journey to that next phase of growth and those wonderful results.
